On the 6th September we slept out for Swagtember – raising money for ‘Street Swags‘ for the homeless in Australia.  So far we have raised around $3000 which covers the cost of about 50 swags.  That means that there are now another 50 homeless people that will at least be warm and dry.

Around 100,000 people in Australia are homeless on any given night. It’s a sad fact that this problem is often overlooked. So if you feel you can help by donating for “Swagtember“, which will take you directly to the “Street Swags” website donation page. It’s safe and secure and means that you can help make someone’s life that little bit warmer and in some cases in save lives.

As for our real estate market, with the election finalised and interest rates kept on hold, we are expecting to have a very busy Spring. Interest in properties in The Adelaide Hills has remained strong and is again building momentum.
