3. Ensure it is priced competitively, make sure you have done your research and are not being biased!

4. Advertise your property in both print media and online. Sometimes the best buyers are impulse buyers or emotional buyers. They have seen the property advertised in the newspaper and often make decisions to buy quickly, paying a higher price than the well researched internet based buyer. A $1000 advertisement can reap the rewards for the owner bringing with it a shorter time on market, more competition, higher offers and ultimately a much higher selling price!
